Realms & Planes are the many distinct regions of existence found throughout the Tapestry. They range from physical worlds and the spaces surrounding them, to Greater Realms and other planes governed by entirely different laws of reality.
While some realms exist within conventional space and may be reached through physical travel, others exist separately from it and can only be accessed through dimensional means. The boundaries between these places are not always clearly understood, and classifications vary considerably between cultures and Archivists.
The exact number of realms and planes within the Tapestry remains unknown.
