Uriel’s face hardened ever so slightly, “were you to have come from where I have. You would not ask such a stupid question.
For I have come straight from Tartarus, and it is from there I have the proof you seek.”Shaken, both by Uriel’s gaze, and by the mention of Tartarus, the Councillor sat back down. It did not take much to remind them of Uriel’s position, as both a Guardian Archangel, and a high ranking warden of Tartarus.

Tartarus is the mostly well kept secret prison of He’aeven.
The Angels as a race would rather give someone as many chances as possible to redeem themselves, but sometimes punishment needs to be taken, Tartarus is usually a second to last resort, other than banishment.
Though it is a prison, and its occupants are not allowed outside, it is not a horrible place, rooms are well furnished, and needs are met comfortably.
It is only in extreme cases, in the lower levels, that it starts to resemble a prison from most other worlds.

WHAT IS KNOWN
• Tartarus is somewhere in the mountains of He’aeven.
• It is protected by angels of the Guardian aspect, and Uriel is its current Warden.
• Most of the cells are lavishly furnished, and meals are plentiful.
•There are demons held there, as well as survivors from the Great War.
•There was recently records of occupants going missing.
The last time that happened was known as the Ruin incident, and led to Uriel taking the previous warden’s place.
UNRESOLVED RECORDS
It is unknown how some of its occupants went missing, as the prison’s exact whereabouts are unknown, and access is restricted. It is unknown what goes on in the lower levels, that information is recorded in the Book of Knowledge, and is only accessible by the warden.
ARCHIVIST’S NOTE
The angels are not above the need for a prison, as much as they pretend they are. Though they make quite the effort to hide it, most likely for their pride.
