  • New year, new habits?

    New year, new habits?

So, it’s been a whole month of 2026…

Those who know me know that I recently got made redundant, and while I am looking for more work, I’ve decided to take this first part of the new year to set up a new routine.

I had been meaning to do so for a few months, so it’s a good time to get those habits grounded, especially for my writing. With the Patreon schedule set, it’s a good time to work on really building this multiverse while getting the next book finished.

It won’t be far off, I promise!

For now it’s a fresh coffee, some new music, and starting a brand new scene. Wish me luck!

  • The most something time of the year

The most something time of the year

    Dear creatives, artists, writers etc.

How do you manage the craziness of the holiday period, while still managing to stay productive?

My prompt told me to write something today, and honestly I’ve been thinking about what to write since, and I decided on this question. I for one work in retail and this is honestly the most draining time for me, both because I’m flat out busy, and because my social battery gets hit extra hard. So yeah, I manage to stay positive, but boy does productivity suffer.

I still get a little time here and there, and get my headphones in and get a little writing done… But other creatives, artists, writers, etc, do you have any tricks to keep productive? Id love to know.

In the meantime, my Patreon stuff is continuing as normal, albeit a little sparse this month, but happy holidays to my friends, followers, and other creatives out there!

  • Creative break time.

    Creative break time.

Sometimes you just need a hobby to take your mind off writing and to flex those creative muscles in different ways.

For me, that usual means painting or gaming. Yes, I painted this 😁

What do you do to stay creative between writing or working?

  • Back to old habits 📖

    Back to old habits 📖

When there’s nothing else to do, get back to those old habits that help you write.

For me, that’s going somewhere quiet…ish, putting in my headphones, listening to metal, and grabbing a coffee.

Nothing helps me get more writing done 👌

New writers rambling coming tonight or tomorrow, but for now, I’ll be working on the next chapter of the main story.

I hope your day is as productive 😄
